  起源于乌克兰的莫斯科红菜汤在克里姆林宫的国宴菜单上占据着不可撼动的一席之地。而其有着社会主义阵营色彩的红色,使其成了当年斯大林宴请毛泽东的重要菜式。其实这道红菜汤并没有这些历史政治典故来得严肃;除其颇具俄罗斯风味外,更有调气养胃补虚抗衰的食疗功用。
  It is said Russian borsch soup has origins in Ukraine. Now it plays a very important part in the menu of state dinner of the Kremlin.  The red color of the soup might be a little bit of socialism, and it is also said it was one of the dishes when Stalin feasted Maozedong. Anyway no need to care the history stories too much, just enjoy your soup.
